3D Architectural Visualizer

About the Role

As a 3D Architectural Visualizer, you will play a crucial role in transforming design concepts into engaging and photo-realistic visuals. From still images to walkthrough animations, your work will help communicate ideas to clients and elevate the overall design presentation.

Key Responsibilities

● Create 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for architectural and interior projects.

● Collaborate with architects and designers to accurately represent design intent.

● Apply photo realistic lighting, materials, and textures to enhance output.

● Produce high quality visuals for client presentations, reviews, and marketing.

● Maintain accuracy and consistency with architectural drawings.

● Deliver projects within deadlines while upholding quality standards.

● Stay updated with the latest tools and trends in visualization.

Requirements

● Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

● 2–3 years experience as a 3D Visualizer in an architecture/design firm.

● Software Proficiency:

1. SketchUp

2. 3ds Max

3. V-Ray

4. D5 (optional)

● Additional skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (for post-production) are a plus.

● Strong understanding of architectural drawings, space planning, lighting, and materials.

● Good eye for aesthetics, detailing, and composition.

● Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
