We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Artist who has practical onsite experience working with VR headsets and can create high-quality 3D, VR, and AR content. The candidate must be able to independently manage the full production workflow, from research and scripting to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Research given topics and understand visual requirements
• Create scripts, narration flow, and visual storyboards
• Develop high-quality 3D models, animations, and videos
• Create VR and AR content, including immersive experiences
• Work with VR headsets onsite for testing and validation
• Use Unity for VR/AR or real-time integration (as required)
• Handle the complete production lifecycle:
• Concept development and planning
• 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation
• Rendering, video editing, and final output
• Ensure all deliverables are polished and production-ready

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in 3D modeling, animation, and rendering
• Experience in 3D video editing
• Proficiency in Blender / Maya / 3ds Max
• Hands-on experience with VR headsets (mandatory)
• Ability to research topics and convert them into scripts and visuals
• Strong visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently onsite

Good to Have

• Experience in AR development
• Strong knowledge of Unity (VR/AR workflows)
• Knowledge of Blender VR utilities
• Understanding of immersive, 360°, and interactive environments
• Basic narration or voice-over planning knowledge

Interview Process (Task-Based – First Step)

• As the first step, a topic will be shared
• You must research the topic and create a complete 1–2 minute 3D/VR/AR video from scratch
• Task includes research, scripting, visual planning, animation, rendering, and final output
• Only shortlisted candidates will move to further discussions

Mandatory Conditions

• Onsite work from Gurugram only
• Immediate joiner required
• Candidates must have real-world VR headset experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
