Role Overview

  • Dual role combining 3D character design and real-time development
  • Work on production-grade AR/VR and immersive systems
  • Create and deploy realistic humanoid characters
  • Integrate characters into Unreal Engine and Unity

Design Responsibilities (3D / Technical Artist)

  • Create realistic humanoid and MetaHuman characters
  • Work on character modeling, rigging, lighting, and texturing
  • Manage skeletons, bones, skin weights, and facial rigs
  • Build facial expressions, blend shapes, and morph targets
  • Ensure natural facial movement and lip-sync accuracy
  • Prepare and optimize assets in Blender
  • Export assets for Unreal Engine and Unity
  • Blend facial and body animations
  • Integrate Mixamo animations when required

Development Responsibilities (Real-Time / AR-VR)

  • Integrate characters into Unreal Engine (Blueprints)
  • Integrate characters into Unity (C# scripting)
  • Implement animation control and interaction logic
  • Build real-time microphone audio input and lip-sync systems
  • Handle audio analysis (amplitude, visemes, RMS)
  • Optimize performance for real-time and VR environments

Unity Web & SDK Work

  • Build and optimize Unity WebGL projects
  • Handle JavaScript ↔ Unity WebGL communication
  • Work on non-iframe WebGL embedding
  • Develop JavaScript / TypeScript SDKs
  • Design public APIs (example: speak(text))
  • Create thin frontend wrappers (React / Angular)

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience with Blender, Unreal, and Unity
  • Hands-on MetaHuman or humanoid character workflows
  • Skeletal animation and facial rigging
  • Real-time animation and optimization
  • Ability to work across design + development workflows

Good to Have

  • Advanced MetaHuman workflows
  • WebGL pipelines
  • SDK architecture experience
  • Frontend frameworks (React / Angular)
  • VR deployment experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,591.18 - ₹90,885.37 per month
