3D Artist - Architectural and Interior design

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Modeller with a specialization in architectural and interior design. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of 3D modeling tools, architectural detailing, and photorealistic rendering techniques. You will be working closely with designers, architects, and visualisation teams to transform design concepts into immersive and accurate 3D representations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models of residential, commercial, and institutional architecture and interior spaces.
• Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting for photorealistic renders and walkthroughs.
• Work on interior layouts, furniture placements, and decorative elements to enhance the visual appeal.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance while maintaining visual quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software to improve output quality and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience (After Graduation) in 3D modelling focused on architecture and interiors.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, (any one mandatory), along with rendering engines
• Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus.
• Strong eye for detail, proportion, lighting, and material accuracy.
• Ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in real-time visualization and AR/VR integration is a plus.
• Passionate about architecture, interiors, and design storytelling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
