3D Artist / Designer (Architectural Visualization)

Location: Dehradun
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years (Architectural firms preferred)
Qualification: Graduation in Architecture / Interior Design / Animation / Fine Arts or related field

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled 3D Artist / Designer with a strong architectural sensibility to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with architects and translating design concepts into high-quality visualizations that communicate spatial intent, materiality, and atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models, views, and walkthroughs for architectural and master planning projects
• Develop realistic exterior and interior renders aligned with architectural drawings and design intent
• Work closely with architects and designers to understand concepts, materials, and detailing
• Apply lighting, textures, landscaping, and entourage to enhance visual storytelling
• Revise and refine visuals based on design feedback and project requirements
• Maintain consistency in quality, scale, and architectural accuracy across all outputs

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender / Rhino
• Strong command over rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion
• Good knowledge of Photoshop for post-production
• Solid understanding of architectural drawings, scale, and construction logic
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, materials, and detail

• Prior experience working with an architectural firm or architectural visualization studio
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and passion for architectural design
