What You’ll Do:

• Model, texture, and optimize 3D assets for VR/AR applications using Blender.
• Create realistic and stylized textures with Substance Painter.
• Edit and manipulate images in Photoshop for textures and UI elements.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate assets into Unity projects.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Skills in Blender (modeling & UV unwrapping), Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
• Understanding of real-time asset optimization.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and design.
• Basic knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling and texturing work.

Qualifications:

• 0–1 year of experience in 3D modeling for games or real-time applications.
• Degree or diploma in Animation, Game Art, or a related field (preferred).
