3D Character Artist

Aroha Solutions is looking for a talented 3D Character Artist who can bring life-like detail and realism to our upcoming AAA-inspired projects.

What You’ll Do:
-> Create high-quality, hyper-realistic 3D characters (humans, creatures, stylized when needed)
-> Develop AAA-level props, weapons, and gear with strong attention to detail
-> Sculpt and refine anatomy, clothing, and accessories for realism
-> Collaborate closely with concept, animation, and technical teams to ensure smooth engine integration
-> Optimize assets for real-time performance in Unreal/Unity without losing qualitySkills

We’re Looking For :
-> Strong portfolio showcasing realistic 3D characters & props (AAA style)
-> Expertise in ZBrush, Maya/Blender, Xgen, Substance Painter, and Marvelous Designer
-> Solid understanding of anatomy, proportion, and realistic texturing
-> Experience with PBR workflow, skin shading, and high-poly to low-poly baking
-> Familiarity with game engines (Unreal / Unity) and asset optimization pipelines
