3D Concrete Printer Operator

Role Overview

We are looking for a 3D Concrete Printer Operator who will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining 3D concrete printing machines to ensure smooth, accurate, and high-quality construction output. The role involves close coordination with site execution and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate 3D concrete printing machines as per project requirements
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and pre-operation checks
• Monitor the printing process to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Identify and resolve basic technical or mechanical issues during operation
• Maintain daily production logs, machine performance records, and maintenance reports
• Assist in machine cleaning, routine servicing, and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with Site Execution and R&D teams for smooth workflow
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at site and workshop
• Support trial runs and new process implementation when required

Qualification

• ITI (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or relevant trade)

OR

• Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of machinery operation and handling
• Understanding of mechanical and technical processes
• Ability to follow instructions and technical guidelines
• Willingness to work on construction sites and industrial environments
• Good coordination and teamwork skills
• Basic documentation and reporting ability

Experience

• Fresher to 2 years
• Freshers with strong technical interest are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,263.75 - ₹18,901.28 per month
