Job Opening: 3D Design Artist
Location: Pune – Dhole Patil Road
Work Mode: Work From Home
Experience Required: 5 to 6 years
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced 3D Design Artist to create production-ready designs for characters, props, and backgrounds for our 3D animated shows. The artist should be able to work within an established visual style, character family, and world design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design full-body characters aligned with the given style references, proportions, and visual language
• Create clean and clear character turnarounds (front, side, back) for production use
• Design props and background elements that fit within the show’s visual world
• Maintain consistency in anatomy, proportions, scale, and overall appeal
• Prepare clear, production-ready design sheets for downstream teams
• Collaborate closely with creative and production teams
• Revise designs based on internal feedback

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in design for 3D animated content (characters, props, and environments)
• Good understanding of stylized anatomy, appeal, and visual storytelling
• Ability to follow defined style guidelines and IP references
• Experience creating clean, production-ready design documentation
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Knowledge of AI-based tools to assist in refining and enhancing designs is an added advantage

Education

• Degree / Diploma in Animation, Fine Arts, Visual Design, or a related field

Selection Process

• Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a design test
