3D Designer

• Must be a UAE Resident

Employment Type: Full-time

• Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year.

* Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 (depending on experience and portfolio quality).

● Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

* 6 months – 1 year of proven experience as a 3D Designer or 3D Visualizer, preferably in luxury interior design.

* Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Blender, or similar tools.

* Strong 2D design skills to deliver professional, final outputs.

* Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

* Excellent understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and color theory.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients.

* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

● Responsibilities:

* Create high-quality 3D visualizations and realistic renderings for luxury apartment projects.

* Ensure all designs meet premium quality standards and align with the company’s brand identity.

* Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and maintain project timelines.

* Stay updated on latest design trends, materials, and rendering technologies. Prepare 3D walkthroughs and animations for client presentations when required.

* Support the design team with technical drawings and detailed documentation as needed.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
