About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer / Architectural 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to translate concepts into realistic visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for architectural and interior projects
• Create realistic exterior & interior visualizations as per design concepts
• Coordinate with architects and design teams to understand project requirements
• Apply accurate materials, textures, lighting, and camera angles
• Prepare 3D views for client presentations and marketing purposes
• Revise and optimize designs based on client and internal feedback
• Maintain quality, consistency, and timelines for all deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Design (preferred)
• 4–8 years of professional experience in architectural 3D visualization
• Proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / Lumion / V-Ray / Corona
• Strong knowledge of lighting, texturing, rendering, and composition
• Working knowledge of Photoshop for post-production
• Ability to interpret drawings and concepts accurately
• Strong attention to detail and creativity

Keys Skills
3D Designer, Architectural Visualizer, 3D Rendering, 3Ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Interior 3D Designer, Exterior Visualization

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with walkthroughs, animations, or VR
• Knowledge of Revit / Unreal Engine / Blender
• Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
