Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to produce engaging video and static creatives across Drones, Robotics, and Smart City Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, exceptional skills in motion graphics, and the ability to create content that aligns with our brand’s luxury aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D models (characters, environments, props, vehicles, etc.) from concepts or references. Perform UV unwrapping, baking, and texturing using PBR workflow. Optimize models for real-time rendering and performanceExport assets for use in Unity, Unreal Engine, or other 3D environmentsCollaborate with developers and animators to ensure correct integration. Maintain clean topology and adhere to polygon budgets. Contribute to asset pipelines and production processesReview and improve assets based on feedback

Required Skills :Proficient in industry-standard 3D software: Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max. Strong knowledge of texturing tools: Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc.Solid understanding of form, proportions, and visual aesthetics. Experience with PBR materials and real-time renderingGood understanding of UV mapping, baking maps, and texture optimization. Experience working with GLTF, FBX, OBJ formatsAbility to follow concept art and bring ideas into 3D formStrong portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D modeling work

Preferred / Bonus Skills:Knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine integration, experience with drone, defense, or simulation-based projects, understanding of rigging, basic animation, or procedural modeling. Familiarity with LOD creation, photogrammetry, or terrain modeling. Experience working in agile environments (Jira, Trello)

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Self-motivated and able to meet deadlinesWillingness to take feedback and improve iterativelyDetail-oriented with a creative mindset
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
