3D Designer & Architect

We are seeking a talented 3D Designer / Architect to join our team. The role involves creating photorealistic 3D renderings, architectural drawing and verifying progress on site to ensure alignment with approved design and drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality photorealistic 3D renderings (interior & exterior& landscape).
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and presentation materials.
• Produce architectural drawings: floor plans, elevations, layouts, and design details.
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) based on drawings and project documentation.
• Verify on-site progress to ensure works comply with approved drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Extract quantities and materials from drawings for project calculations.
• Coordinate with engineers, managers, and clients to confirm design accuracy.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, and visual presentations.
• Assist with selecting materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and textures.
• Prepare documentation for submissions and presentations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in architectural or interior, commercial design, 3D visualization, or rendering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior & Commercial Design
• UAE work experience more than 3 years.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic 3D work
• Expertise in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, etc.
• AutoCAD and Adobe Suite knowledge.
• Ability to read and produce drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience preparing BOQs from drawings.
• Experience confirming on-site works against drawings — preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, lighting, materials, and textures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
