3D Designer / Draftsman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer / Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D and 3D drawings, models, and visualizations to support design, presentation, and execution of projects. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate drawings and realistic renderings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings for projects (interiors, fit-out, furniture, joinery, or MEP as applicable).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
• Convert conceptual sketches into technical drawings and visual presentations.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and codes.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from the design and project team.
• Maintain an organized library of drawings, models, and project files.
• Support in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for technical details and material specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, Draftsman, or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent 3D modeling/rendering software.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, V-Ray, Lumion, or other rendering tools is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and visualizations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in fit-out, interior design, joinery, or construction projects.
