3D Designer – Events & Experiential

urbanevents is an award-winning experiential events agency based in Dubai, delivering standout brand activations, launches, and live experiences across the UAE and beyond.

We’re looking for a talented 3D Designer with a passion for experiential and event design to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turn creative concepts into compelling 3D visuals using SketchUp and Enscape
• Produce AutoCAD drawings including floor plans / furniture layouts & circulation diagrams for communicating with client or contractor needs. Strong space planning is a must. Production and fabrication drawings (shop drawings) would be a bonus.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and client servicing teams to bring pitch work and live jobs to life
• Translate briefs into built environments with strong brand storytelling - visually exciting, technically feasible designs
• Work across high-level creatively driven brand activations, product launches, pop-ups, stage sets, and immersive experiences – not just generic exhibition work.
• Ensure all visuals not only align with brand guidelines, but are also practical for real-world execution – designed with budgets, fabrication methods and temporary build constraints in mind.
• Keep on top of trends in experiential design, materials, and advances in design technology including AI tools. Stay ahead of trends in experiential design and cutting-edge design technology. We actively explore emerging tools including AI powered concept generation and are looking for someone eager to establish and integrate these advancements into their creative workflow.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in an events, exhibition, or experiential agency
• Strong skills in SketchUp (Enscape) & AutoCAD are essential.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required, with advanced Photoshop skills being essential. Illustrator experience is a bonus but not required
• A sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of event production and build materials.
• Able to work on multiple fast-paced projects and hit tight deadlines with creativity and technical precision.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, collaborative, and solutions-focused

Bonus If You

• Have experience working with luxury, tech, or automotive brands
• Can sketch initial ideas or use additional 3D software like 3ds Max, V-Ray or Rhino
• Understand sustainable build methods and materials for events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
