3D Designer (Interior / Fit-Out)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in space planning, 3d Desiging,Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and a proven ability to prepare and submit high-quality drawings for authority approval and mood boards to client. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality 3D interior and exterior visualizations based on approved concepts and drawings
• Develop realistic 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs using industry-standard software
• Create concept designs, mood boards, and material palettes aligned with client requirements
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings, space planning layouts, and BOQs into accurate 3D visuals
• Coordinate with architects, draftsmen, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
• Revise designs based on client feedback and authority comments
• Assist in client presentations, explaining design intent, finishes, and visual concepts
• Ensure all designs comply with project standards, timelines, and quality expectations
• Maintain organized files for models, textures, renders, and revisions
• Support marketing and presentation visuals when required
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings including layout plans, sections, elevations, and details
• Develop space planning, fit-out, joinery, ceiling, flooring, and partition drawings
• Prepare authority submission drawings as per DM, DCD, DMCC, Trakhees, or relevant authority guidelines
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and constructability
• Revise drawings based on client comments, site conditions, and authority feedback
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion
• Ensure drawings are compliant with approved designs, BOQs, and specifications
• Attend site coordination meetings when required to clarify drawings
• Maintain proper drawing version control and documentation
• Support project execution by issuing shop drawings and working drawings as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
