Role Summary

The 3D Digital Sculptor will specialize in human anatomy to create stunning, realistic 3D models and assets for our premium sculpture line. This role demands expertise in digital sculpting techniques, creative conceptualization, and collaboration to deliver high-artistic-standard work that aligns with project timelines and client visions. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with a passion for anatomical realism in a dynamic creative environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Use advanced 3D modeling techniques (e.g., ZBrush, Blender) to create proposed subjects, primarily focusing on human anatomy with precise muscle structures, poses, and proportions.
• Understand project requirements, conceptualize creative ideas, and develop detailed 3D sculpts and assets meeting exceptional artistic standards for realism, texture, and form.
• Troubleshoot technical problems during production, ensuring seamless workflow and high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and seniors through meetings to discuss, review projects, provide updates, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain an eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting to elevate sculptures for e-commerce, gifting, and décor applications.
• Stay updated on the latest creative practices, tools, and industry trends to innovate within SILAII’s heritage-inspired portfolio.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and completed projects, with a focus on human anatomy sculpting.
• Excellent creativity, artistic skills, and a keen eye for composition, realism, texture, colour, and lighting.
• Proficiency in 3D sculpting software (ZBrush preferred) and understanding of organic modeling workflows.
• Excellent time management skills and high self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• Willingness to remain up-to-date on evolving creative practices and tools.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience; freshers with exceptional portfolios are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills in English; Tamil proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, onsite environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, 3D Animation, Digital Sculpting, or a related creative field. Relevant certifications in ZBrush or 3D modeling are an added advantage.

Compensation
Annual CTC: As per company standards and commensurate with experience.
