Job Description

We are seeking a qualified 3D Draftsman with at least 5 years of UAE experience. The candidate should be highly skilled in 3D modelling software and capable of producing accurate, detailed visual representations for construction and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models, renderings, and design visuals
• Prepare detailed drawings and provide technical support to engineers
• Ensure all models meet required specifications and standards
• Coordinate with project and site teams for accurate detailing
• Update models and drawings as per project changes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in 3D drafting/modelling
• Proficiency in 3D drafting software (3D Max, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
• Strong understanding of construction methods and detailing
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
