3D Environment Designer / Artist

On-site | Full-time or Contract | 6 months–1 year experience preferred
Are you passionate about crafting immersive 3D worlds and bringing digital spaces to life?
We’re looking for a 3D Environment Designer / Artist to join our creative team — someone who blends artistic vision with technical skill to create stunning, realistic, and engaging environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build high-quality 3D environments for games, animation, and visual projects
• Create captivating scene compositions with attention to lighting, color, and atmosphere
• Collaborate with designers and animators to deliver interactive, visually rich experiences
• Work within Unity and Unreal Engine to implement and optimize 3D environments
• Use Substance Painter and Blender for texturing, modeling, and rendering
• Apply basic 3D animation principles — such as camera panning, product animations, and character movements — to enhance storytelling

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in 3D environment design or related field (internships and freelance work count!)
• Proficiency with Blender/Maya, Substance Painter, Unity, and/or Unreal Engine
• Solid understanding of lighting, rendering, and scene composition
• Basic knowledge of 3D animation and camera work
• Strong artistic sense and attention to visual detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or cinematic animation
• Knowledge of procedural design tools or real-time rendering workflows
• Passion for storytelling through environment art
