3D Generalist

We are seeking a versatile and talented 3D Generalist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong artistic eye and be comfortable working across different areas of the 3D pipeline, from modeling and texturing to lighting, rendering, and animation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys tackling diverse challenges and bringing creative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D assets, environments, and animations for a wide range of projects.
• Handle multiple aspects of the production pipeline, including modeling, shading, lighting, and rendering.
• Collaborate with directors, designers, and other artists to meet creative goals.
• Optimize assets and workflows for efficiency and performance.
• Maintain quality and consistency across all outputs.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in 3D production.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across different areas of 3D production.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema4D, Houdini).
• Familiarity with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift, or Octane.
• Knowledge of compositing and motion graphics tools (After Effects, Nuke, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
