We’re Hiring: - 3D Generalist - Blender Animator (Animation, Simulation (Basic) & FX, Lighting & Rendering)

Fully Remote

Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Blender Animator with a strong eye for facial animation, lighting, FX, and rendering to work on stylized content inspired by Zack D Films

This is a fully remote role ,full freedom

What You’ll Do

Animate expressive characters (facial expressions + body language)

Handle camera animation, cinematic shots, and scene composition

Optimize Blender files for fast, efficient rendering

Deliver high-quality output with minimal revisions

-Assets, rigging, and (in some cases) complex animation shots will be provided

What We’re Looking For

Strong hands-on experience with Blender

Excellent understanding of lighting control & lighting design

Good command over character & facial animation

Experience with FX, textures, and rendering workflows

Ability to optimize scenes

Sharp creative eye and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Compensation Structure

Ideal for showcasing speed, quality, and consistency

Based on skillset, output quality, and turnaround time

Performance Bonuses

Up to ₹1000 per minute

For high-quality output and fewer revisions
