We’re a Shark Tank India Season 4–featured Animation Studio, creating high-impact, cinematic short-form content that blends storytelling, humor, and visual brilliance. If you love pushing creative boundaries in Blender and want your work to reach millions, this one’s for you.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Blender Animator with a strong eye for facial animation, lighting, FX, and rendering to work on stylized content inspired by Zack D Films & Fern Style.

This is a fully remote role where you’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to bring characters and stories to life.

What You’ll Do

• Animate expressive characters (facial expressions + body language)
• Handle camera animation, cinematic shots, and scene composition
• Design and implement lighting setups for mood, depth, and realism
• Optimize Blender files for fast, efficient rendering
• Work on FX, textures, and post-production polish
• Follow animation briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction
• Deliver high-quality output with minimal revisions

Assets, rigging, and (in some cases) complex animation shots will be provided

Training may be provided for selected candidates

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Blender
• Excellent understanding of lighting control & lighting design
• Good command over character & facial animation
• Experience with FX, textures, and rendering workflows
• Ability to optimize scenes for quick turnaround
• Sharp creative eye and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Compensation Structure

During Probation (Per-Video Basis)

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per video
• Ideal for showcasing speed, quality, and consistency
• No fixed monthly salary during this phase

Post-Conversion (Full-Time)

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
• Based on skillset, output quality, and turnaround time

Performance Bonuses (POST CONVERSION)

• Up to ₹10,000/month
• For high-quality output and fewer revisions
