About the Role

Alpha Studios is hiring highly skilled 3D Generalists to create fast-paced storytelling animations in the style of Zack D. Films.

We are looking for 10 experienced generalist who can independently handle complete 3D production and consistently deliver high-quality animation within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver minimum 12 minutes of finished animation per month
• Handle full 3D pipeline: modeling, animation, lighting, rendering
• Maintain strong storytelling, pacing, and visual quality
• Follow deadlines and structured workflow

Compensation Structure

• ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month for consistent quality work
• ₹1,000- ₹1,500 per extra finished minute beyond 12 minutes and maximum is 15 minutes
• Job confirmation after 4-5 months of consistent high-quality work
• Long-term collaboration opportunity

Requirements

• Proven experience creating complete storytelling-based 3D animations
• Must be able to independently handle full project production
• Strong understanding of pacing and visual engagement
• Proficiency in Blender
• Reliable and deadline-oriented
