Description: 3D Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 3D Generalist to join our CG team. The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skill set that encompasses a range of 3D design techniques, allowing for the creation of compelling visual content across various platforms. As a 3D Generalist, you will be instrumental in transforming conceptual ideas into assets and engaging animations, collaborating closely with other designers, project managers, and clients to ensure that the final product aligns with the overall project objectives. Your role will require you to be adept in multiple software applications, as well as possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing creative boundaries. You will be responsible for various aspects of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for various projects in alignment with client specifications and creative direction.
• Collaborate with the CG team to conceptualize and execute compelling visual narratives through 3D graphics.
• Model, texture & animate 3D assets for performance and visual quality across different platforms and mediums.
• Collaborate with other departments to help create client proposals incorporating 3D animations according to client specifications.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of output and efficiency of processes.
• Perform quality assurance checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance project development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Generalist or in a similar role within 3D or graphic design industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Blender (preferably), Autodesk Maya, or Cinema 4D.
• Strong understanding of texturing (Substance Painter), lighting, and rendering techniques. Experience with PowerPoint will be considered a bonus.
• Any experience in Sales and Marketing is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with peers and clients.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating a range of 3D projects, showcasing creativity and technical skills.
