Job Overview

We are looking for a multitalented 3D and Graphic Designer who can also operate large-format printing machines. The ideal candidate should have creative design skills, technical knowledge of print production, and hands-on experience with printers, plotters, and laminators. You will be responsible for designing, preparing print files, and ensuring high-quality print output for branding, signage, exhibition stands, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D visualizations and renderings for exhibition stands, interiors, and display concepts.
• Develop 2D graphic designs for branding, signage, and promotional materials.
• Prepare print-ready files with correct color profiles, bleed, and layout setup.
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, plotter cutting machines, and lamination machines.
• Conduct color calibration and ensure accurate print results.
• Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
• Maintain equipment and manage print media inventory.
• Follow company branding guidelines and ensure high-quality visual standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in 3D software: 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Cinema 4D (with V-Ray or Lumion rendering preferred).
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Hands-on experience with Eco-solvent or UV large format printers, cutting plotters, and lamination machines.
• Knowledge of printing materials, color management, and finishing techniques.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in design and printing industry.
