3D Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Graphic Designer to craft high-quality, interactive 3D visuals optimised for modern, performance-driven websites. This role is ideal for designers who seamlessly blend artistic vision with technical precision — transforming static web interfaces into dynamic, visually compelling digital environments that elevate user engagement and brand storytelling.

Role Overview

As a 3D Graphic Designer (Web), you will design and optimise 3D assets and interactive visuals for web platforms. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, product designers, and marketing teams to create immersive website experiences that enhance brand storytelling and user engagement. You should have strong expertise in 3D modelling, rendering, lighting, and web optimisation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality 3D models, scenes, and animations for web use

• Create optimised 3D assets for real-time web rendering (WebGL, Three.js, or similar)

• Collaborate with developers to integrate 3D elements into responsive websites

• Ensure performance optimisation (polygon count, texture compression, load speed)

• Produce product visualisations, interactive hero sections, and immersive UI components

• Maintain visual consistency aligned with brand guidelines

• Iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in 3D graphic design or digital 3D visualisation

• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D work used in web or interactive environments

• Proficiency in tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar

• Experience preparing assets for web (GLTF/GLB workflows preferred)

• Understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and rendering

• Familiarity with WebGL / Three.js / interactive web frameworks is a strong plus

• Ability to balance high-quality visuals with performance constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics or animation for web

• Knowledge of frontend collaboration workflows (Figma, React, Webflow, etc.)

• Experience working in product-focused or startup environments

• Understanding of UX/UI principles
