Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Graphic Designer with proven experience in designing for events, exhibitions, and creative projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in 3D design tools and able to deliver innovative, functional, and visually striking designs that bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D design concepts, layouts, and renderings for exhibitions, events, kiosks, stage setups, and other creative projects.
• Create detailed technical drawings for production using AutoCAD and related tools.
• Collaborate with the project and production teams to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and timely execution of designs.
• Produce high-quality renders, walkthroughs, and mock-ups for client presentations.
• Work on graphic design tasks such as branding, signage, and print collateral when required.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies in the exhibition and events industry.
• Ensure all designs align with client requirements, budgets, and brand guidelines.

Requirements & Skills:

• 3+ years proven experience as a 3D Designer in exhibitions/events is a must.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• 3ds Max (or similar rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion)
• SketchUp
• CorelDraw / Adobe Creative Suite
• Rendering and visualization tools
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and exhibition standards.
• Excellent creativity, visualization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working with event and exhibition companies.
• Knowledge of space planning and structural design for exhibitions.
• Ability to create animated walkthroughs / 3D videos (a plus).
