Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Graphic Designer with proven experience in designing for events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in creating impactful and functional 3D concepts for exhibition stands, event stages, activations, and branding installations. A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience and a strong design portfolio are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D concepts and visualizations for exhibition stands, stages, kiosks, signage, and activation areas.
• Translate client briefs into engaging, practical, and visually appealing designs.
• Collaborate with project managers, production teams, and clients to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Deliver detailed 3D renders, technical drawings, and design walkthroughs.
• Work effectively under deadlines while ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Maintain and update design templates, libraries, and assets.
• Ensure all designs follow project guidelines and branding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in 3D event/exhibition design.
• Proficient in 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid knowledge of production materials, fabrication processes, and limitations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, briefs, and mood boards.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• A strong portfolio is mandatory for application review.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience with AR/VR tools or motion graphics is an advantage.
• Familiarity with event operations, branding, and creative trends in the UAE market.
