3d Interior Designer

We are hiring for a 3-d Designer for Abhayam Architects.

Skills:

3-D modelling like Sketchup, 3D max etc.

• Managing processes relating to the project's design to ensure that everything is delivered to schedule and budget.
• Reviewing and advising on designs, ensuring they meet regulatory and legislative requirements and the organizations brief.
• Assisting in developing Design Delivery Schedule along with Client, Project Manager, Design Managers and consultants.
• Participating in design meetings and providing continual input to optimize design.
• Evaluating and motivating designers toward continued growth. and leading design solutions.
• Encouraging and inspiring design consultants to produce their best work.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimating costs.
• Advising on the selection of materials used and other aspects of procurement.
• Reviewing and analyzing all contractors and sub-contractors construction bids, tenders, work scope and schedule.
• Overseeing and directing construction projects from design conception until completion.
• Negotiating terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
• Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards and codes of practice.
• Keeping up-to-date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design.
• Managing and maintaining record keeping of original artwork files and all projects.

Expected Start Date: 05/02/2024

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
