Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Model Presenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and presenting high-quality 3D models of villas and buildings for design reviews, client presentations, and marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 3D modeling and architectural visualization
• Proficiency in tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Blender, Revit, or similar
• Strong portfolio showcasing villa and building projects
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
