Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Modeller to join our team. In this role, you will create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations that capture the essence of architectural and interior design projects. You will work closely with our visualization team to produce visuals that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, photorealistic 3D models and renderings using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and V-Ray.
• Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and CAD files to create accurate 3D models.
• Create realistic textures, materials, and lighting setups for renderings.
• Produce high-quality visuals for client presentations, marketing materials, and project approvals.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and meet project goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in architectural visualization.
• Manage project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and V-Ray.
• Understanding of architectural design principles and detailing.
• Familiarity with additional tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus.
• Creativity: Excellent visualization and artistic skills to produce compelling and innovative designs.
• Attention to Detail: High level of precision in modeling, texturing, and rendering.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with the team and clients.
• Experience: Previous experience in architectural visualization or related roles is highly desirable.
