Job Opening: 3D Modeling & Project Management Specialist (Architecture Background Preferred)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized 3D Modeling & Project Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating with clients, and supporting the development of high-quality 3D models and visualizations.

An architectural background is preferred, and candidates with experience in 3D modeling will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

* Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and provide project updates.

* Support the creation and review of 3D models and architectural visualizations.

* Ensure project quality and client satisfaction throughout all phases.

* Prepare project documentation and monitor progress.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (preferred).

* Experience in 3D modeling is preferred.

* Strong project management and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication and client management abilities.

* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Software Skills:

Experience with one or more of the following tools is an advantage:

* 3ds Max

* SketchUp

* Revit

* Blender

* Rhino

* AutoCAD

* Lumion

* V-Ray

* Corona Renderer

* Enscape

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is someone who can effectively manage projects and client relationships while having a solid understanding of architectural design and 3D modeling workflows. Applicants with proven experience in 3D modeling and an architecture background will be highly preferred.
