3D Modeller & Animator /Visualizer

We are hiring a 3D Animator / Visualizer for our Planning & Development Department. This position is mainly focused on 3D work, including high-quality visuals and animations for Interior and exteriors in Design department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D animations and visual content for planning and development projects
• Develop 3D walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and site/project visualizations
• Work on 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering for architectural concepts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate representation of layouts and designs
• Maintain quality standards and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Strong experience in 3D animation and architectural visualization (must-have)
• Must Have Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
• Proficiency in Autocad or Revit ,Sketchup(For modelling), D5,Lumion and AI Skills (For rendering)
• Knowledge of V-Ray / AI / Unreal Engine / Corona Renderer is a plus
• Strong command on rendering, lighting, camera angles, and detailing
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory

Preferred (Plus Points)

• Experience in Residential, commercial, or High-rise interior and exterior projects
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SketchUp
• Good sense of design, creativity, and detailing.
