3d Module Architect

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Module Architect with 3–5 years of experience to join our architecture and design team. The ideal candidate will specialize in modular design and 3D modeling, bringing innovative solutions to prefabricated and modular construction projects. This role involves designing modular components, creating high-quality 3D visuals, and contributing to efficient, scalable architectural systems.

Creating 3D Models: Develop detailed 3D models and renderings of architectural projects using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Revit.

- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements and client expectations.

- Design Development: Develop and present design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and materials, and ensure designs are functional, appealing, and aligned with industry standards.

- Visualization: Create photo-realistic renderings and animations to showcase design concepts and highlight key features.

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and ensure effective communication with team members and clients.

Required Skills:

- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.

- Design Principles: Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and spatial relationships.

- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality designs and timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture field.

- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D design and rendering.

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in architectural visualization, preferably in an architectural visualization studio or similar environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
