3D Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Motion Designer with deep expertise in creating high-impact visual content for large-format event environments. The ideal candidate is proficient in 3D animation, motion compositing, and producing polished visuals for LED walls, projection mapping, holographic displays, and immersive installations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) and motion compositing software (After Effects, Nuke).
• Experience producing content for large-format screens, projection mapping, or exhibition displays.
• Strong understanding of camera animation, lighting, product rendering, and storytelling for live audiences.
• Familiarity with event media specifications (pixel density, multi-screen layouts, wide-format canvases).
• Ability to interpret technical product documentation for accurate visualization.
• A strong portfolio featuring event visuals, experiential media, or high-end product animations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate 3D content for LED walls, projection mapping, holographic displays, and immersive installations.
• Produce environmental motion graphics tailored to event layouts (stage screens, vertical displays, panoramas, multi-column setups).
• Develop high-quality 3D product animations for hardware, software, cloud, AI, and emerging tech demonstrations.
• Transform complex technical concepts into clear, visually engaging animations for live audiences.
• Create loopable ambient visuals for booth backdrops, kiosks, touchscreens, and interactive displays.
• Build real-time-ready assets for XR, simulators, or interactive experiences (Unreal Engine/Unity preferred).
• Collaborate with event producers, stage designers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure visual alignment with event setups.
• Prepare content in exact aspect ratios, resolutions, and specs for diverse display formats.
• Ensure color accuracy, brightness balance, and render quality suitable for large event screens.
• Deliver optimized files under tight deadlines typical in event production.
