3D Motion Graphics Designer

Location: Gulshan Block 10-A, Karachi
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role
Red Feather Tech is seeking a talented 3D Artist (Animation & Design) with strong expertise in industry-standard tools and a passion for creating visually stunning, high-quality animations. The ideal candidate will bring ideas to life through 3D modeling, animation, rigging, and rendering, while collaborating closely with design and development teams to deliver world-class digital content.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D animations, models, textures, and visual effects for projects.
• Design and animate characters, environments, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate storyboards and concepts into animated visuals.
• Ensure timely delivery of animations that meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new tools to bring innovative ideas into projects.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Blender 3D, Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D.
• Strong skills in Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Knowledge of animation principles, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist/Animator (portfolio required).
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
