Job Title: 3D POSM Designer

Location: Delhi, India

Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-focused 3D POSM Designer to create visually compelling 3D designs for Point of Sale Materials (POSM), in-store branding, and trade marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, proficiency in 3D design software, and experience with FMCG or retail brands.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design 3D POSM elements such as displays, kiosks, counters, shelves, and other retail fixtures.
• Work closely with brand teams, production units, and client servicing teams to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and on-brand.
• Produce mockups, renderings, and production-ready files for vendors and fabrication partners.
• Translate marketing briefs and brand guidelines into impactful 3D retail designs.
• Maintain a library of POSM designs for reference and future projects.
• Ensure all designs meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
• Optimize materials, finishes, and structural details for efficient production.
• Create realistic renderings and presentation decks for client approvals.

Required Skills & Tools:

• 3D Design Software: 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp
• Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Corona, KeyShot, or similar
• Graphic Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Layout Tools: AutoCAD for technical drawings and measurements
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and spatial design
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Design, Architecture, or Fine Arts
• 2–5 years of experience in 3D POSM, exhibition design, or retail branding
• Portfolio demonstrating POSM and 3D retail design expertise
