Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Visualization & PPT Specialist to support government tenders, exhibitions, expos, and pavilion projects. The role involves creating high-quality 3D concepts, layouts, renderings, and professional PowerPoint presentations for technical evaluations, client presentations, and QCBS-based selections.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working under tight tender deadlines, presenting concepts to government departments, and collaborating with internal project, engineering, and event teams.

Key Responsibilities3D Design & Visualization

• Prepare 3D layout plans, concept designs, and realistic renderings for government exhibitions, expos, pavilions, stalls, interiors, and site layouts.
• Develop concepts from tender documents, technical drawings, site photographs, and client briefs.
• Create multiple design options for technical presentations as required by government departments.
• Ensure designs comply with functional, technical, and tender specifications.
• Modify and refine 3D visuals based on committee feedback, client inputs, or evaluation requirements.

Software & Tools

• Work with 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Lumion, AutoCAD (or equivalent) for modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering.
• Deliver presentation-ready visuals suitable for tender submissions, government reviews, and VC/physical presentations.

PPT & Graphic Design

• Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for:
• Government tenders & RFPs
• Technical presentations & bid evaluations
• Workshops, expos, and official meetings
• Design posters, brochures, flyers, stall graphics, and display creatives for exhibitions and government events.
• Create advertisement layouts for newspapers, magazines, and digital platforms as per government publicity norms.

Coordination & Presentation

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and event teams to align designs with project goals.
• Support and attend online/offline technical presentations before government committees.
• Ensure timely delivery of all design outputs, especially during tender deadlines.

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain professional design standards aligned with government guidelines.
• Ensure all submitted designs are original, accurate, and presentation-ready.
• Stay updated with latest design tools, visualization trends, and government project norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Architecture, Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Strong command over 3D visualization and presentation design.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint (storytelling, layout, infographics).
• Ability to interpret RFPs, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Experience in government projects, exhibitions, expos, or event management is a strong advantage.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under strict deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working on:
• Government exhibitions & expos
• State or national pavilions
• QCBS-based tender presentations
• Experience presenting concepts before government departments or committees.
