HIRING – 3D Printing Designer & Operator

ARC 3D Printing Solutions LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Printing Designer & Operator to join our production team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in 3D printing workflows, from digital preparation to machine operation, post-processing, and finishing. The ideal candidate understands both the technical and practical sides of additive manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 3D models for printing (slicing, scaling, file checking)
• Operate and maintain 3D printers (FDM / SLA / resin systems if applicable)
• Monitor print jobs and ensure successful production runs
• Troubleshoot printing issues and ensure machine performance
• Collaborate with design and model making teams
• Maintain materials, equipment, and workshop organization
• Ensure quality control of printed parts before delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 3D printing operation and setup
• Strong knowledge of designing software
• Understanding of model preparation and CAD file handling
• Experience in troubleshooting print errors and machine maintenance
• Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
• Experience in architectural model making industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
