3D Printing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled 3D Printing Specialist to support the design, prototyping, and production processes of Renie Smart Bins and related components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with 3D printing technologies, materials, and post-processing techniques, ensuring high-quality prototypes and parts that meet our production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain 3D printers (FDM, SLA, or SLS).
• Prepare and optimize CAD files for 3D printing.
• Conduct regular calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines.
• Manage material inventory and recommend new printing materials.
• Post-process and finish printed components (sanding, polishing, assembly).
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to bring concepts to life.
• Document processes and provide feedback to improve design and print quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 3D printing operations (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or similar).
• Familiarity with different 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS).
• Understanding of PETG material.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
