3D Product Modeler (3ds Max & V-Ray 5) - Remote/Freelance

About the Opportunity

Nfinite is a global leader in high-end 3D imagery, partnering with the world’s largest furniture and home decor brands. We are seeking talented 3D Product Modelers to join our production pipeline. This is a high-volume freelance opportunity perfect for artists who excel in technical precision and photorealistic modeling.

Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

To ensure compatibility with our automated pipeline, all candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Software: Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max 2022 (or higher).
• Rendering: Expertise in V-Ray 5. (Please note: V-Ray 6 and Corona Renderer are not supported at this stage).
• Modeling Style: Strong experience in Hard Surface Modeling with a focus on furniture and decor.
• Technical Topology: * Ability to create clean, all-quad geometry.
• Understanding of correct supporting loop placement (10–15% face length guideline).
• Experience with XForm resets and proper pivot alignment.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models based on provided reference images and dimensions.
• Ensure all models meet Nfinite's strict technical "Technical Specs" for topology and UV mapping.
• Apply feedback and perform reworks efficiently to meet production deadlines.

The Recruitment Process

• Technical Test: You will be required to complete a standardized technical modeling task to demonstrate your proficiency with our specific workflow.
• Self-Paced Technical Training (1–2 Weeks): Successful applicants will enter a dedicated training phase.
• Onboarding: Successful artists will gain access to our high-volume SKU platform.
