3D Render/ Design Artist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Render Artist / 3D Designer who can transform 2D drawings, CAD plans, and design concepts into realistic 3D renders. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, lighting, materials, and architectural composition.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D renders for residential and commercial architectural projects (interior & exterior).
• Convert 2D floor plans, CAD files, or sketches into detailed 3D visualizations.
• Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and aesthetic goals.
• Apply textures, lighting, and materials to achieve photorealistic results.
• Make revisions and fine-tune renders based on client feedback.
• Stay updated with latest rendering techniques and design trends.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

Candidates should be proficient in at least a few of the following tools:

• 3ds Max / V-Ray
• SketchUp + V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion
• Blender
• Corona Renderer
• Revit / AutoCAD (for 3D modeling or plan import)
• Photoshop / Adobe After Effects (for post-production and touch-ups)

Bonus Skills:

• Animation and walkthrough experience (3D video renders)
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Twinmotion
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in architectural rendering or 3D visualization (portfolio required).
• Background in architecture, interior design, or 3D arts preferred.
• Strong sense of composition, lighting, and color balance.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs precisely.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
