Job Summary

We are looking for a 3D Scanning Specialist / Engineer with experience in terrestrial laser scanning and reality capture surveys. The candidate will be responsible for handling site scanning operations, survey coordination, QA/QC, and field data capture for infrastructure, buildings, industrial, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct terrestrial laser scanning and reality capture surveys on-site.
• Operate laser scanning equipment such as Leica, Faro, NavVis, or similar systems.
• Establish survey control and ensure accurate field data capture.
• Coordinate with survey teams, project managers, and clients on-site.
• Ensure proper scanning coverage, quality standards, and project requirements are achieved.
• Handle site planning, scan station setup, target placement, and field documentation.
• Perform QA/QC checks during site operations.
• Maintain and manage scanning equipment and survey accessories.
• Support mobile mapping and LiDAR field operations when required.
• Follow project schedules, safety procedures, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of experience in terrestrial laser scanning and reality capture surveys.
• Experience operating Leica, Faro, NavVis, or similar laser scanning systems.
• Good understanding of survey control, coordinates, and site execution.
• Experience in infrastructure, buildings, industrial, or construction projects preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
