3D Video Creator / Motion Graphics & Animation Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled 3D Video Creator to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who can independently create high-quality 3D videos, animations, character-based videos, voiceover-integrated content, and complete visual storytelling from concept to final output.

This is a full-time, office-based position requiring collaboration with marketing and content teams during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities3D Video & Animation Creation

• Create high-quality 3D videos and animations for marketing, branding, social media, and presentations
• Design and animate 3D characters, environments, and scenes
• Develop complete video concepts including storyboards, motion flow, and visual effects

Motion Graphics & Visual Storytelling

• Create engaging motion graphics, explainer videos, and promotional animations
• Combine visuals, animation, and sound to deliver compelling stories
• Maintain consistent branding across all video content

Voiceover & Audio Integration

• Add and synchronize voiceovers, sound effects, and background music
• Coordinate or create voiceovers (AI or human) based on project needs
• Ensure audio clarity, timing, and overall production quality

End-to-End Video Production

• Handle the complete video production cycle: concept → animation → editing → final delivery
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, ads, presentations)
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams
• Understand project briefs and translate ideas into high-impact visuals
• Implement feedback efficiently and maintain high production standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in 3D video creation, animation, and motion graphics
• Strong command of tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, After Effects, Unreal Engine, or similar
• Experience creating animated characters and environments
• Knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
• Familiarity with voiceover integration, sound design, and video optimization
• Strong creative sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in 3D animation or video creation
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D videos, animations, characters, and complete projects
