Role Overview

We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer with proven experience in joinery and interior design. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization, using tools such as SketchUp, D5 Render, Lumion, and AutoCAD. You will work closely with our design and joinery teams to produce high-quality visuals that bring concepts to life for client presentations, project approvals, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Create realistic 3D renderings, models, for joinery and interior design projects.

Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings and sketches into accurate 3D models and visuals.

Collaborate with the joinery and design teams to ensure all renders reflect buildable details, finishes, and materials.

Deliver compelling visuals for client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

Maintain organized libraries of textures, finishes, lighting, and furniture models.

Work within tight deadlines while upholding quality standards.

Stay updated on industry trends, rendering software, and visualization techniques.

Requirements

Proficiency in:

SketchUp

D5 Render

Lumion

AutoCAD

Strong eye for realism, lighting, and material accuracy.

Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Good communication skills and ability to interpret design intent.

Portfolio of previous joinery and interior design renderings is required (applications without portfolios will not be considered).
