Fifth Avenue Interiors is looking to hire a focused and creative individual specializing in creating 3D renders & technical drawings.

We are looking for an Individual to join our growing team to assist in creating photo realistic renders on behalf of our clients, someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for our clients homes.

What You’ll Do

• Concept to Creation: Work alongside our lead designers to develop interior concepts, material palettes, and spatial layouts.
• High-End Visualization: Produce stunning, photorealistic 3D renders that help our clients fall in love with their future spaces.
• Technical Drafting: Translate design ideas into accurate 2D CAD drawings and technical specifications.
• Material Curation: Source and suggest finishes, textures, and lighting that translate beautifully from the digital world to reality.
• Storytelling: Use lighting and composition to create visual narratives that sell a lifestyle, not just a room.

What We’re Looking For

• The Portfolio: A strong body of work showcasing high-fidelity interior renders (we want to see your mastery of light, shadow, and texture).
• The Tech Stack: Proficiency in 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, AutoCad, SketchUp, or Revit + Enscape/Lumion.
• Eye for Detail: You’re the person who notices when a wood grain is running the wrong direction or a crown molding is slightly off-scale.
