3D Visualiser + AI content

Maison de Nova is seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Visualiser to join our design studio. This role is suited to someone with a strong design sensibility, exceptional technical ability, and a refined eye for detail, capable of translating concepts into compelling, high-quality visuals.

Role & Responsibilities
The Senior 3D Visualiser will be responsible for producing photorealistic interior and exterior visuals that reflect the studio’s design vision and luxury standards. Working closely with designers, you will interpret concepts, materials, lighting, and spatial intent, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all visual outputs. You will also contribute to the development of visual storytelling, from early concept imagery to final presentation renders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-end, photorealistic 3D renders for residential and commercial projects
• Develop lighting, materials, and compositions that enhance design intent
• Collaborate with the design team to refine concepts and presentation quality
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
• Maintain visual consistency aligned with the Maison de Nova brand
• Support junior visualisers through guidance and feedback

AI & Digital Content

• Utilise AI-assisted tools (such as Nanobanana and similar platforms) to enhance workflows, mood imagery, concept development, and visual content
• Integrate AI-generated visuals where appropriate, while maintaining a high-end, curated aesthetic
• Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and digital techniques relevant to design visualisation

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in 3D visualisation, ideally within luxury interiors or architecture
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard software (3ds Max, Corona/V-Ray, Blender, or equivalent)
• Advanced understanding of lighting, materials, and spatial composition
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools, including Nanobanana
• Strong design awareness and ability to interpret high-end interiors
• Excellent communication and time management skills
