3D visualiser (Architect)

A 3D Visualizer creates three-dimensional representations of concepts, designs, and ideas, often using specialized software. They translate architectural plans, interior designs, or product specifications into realistic 3D models and animations. Typical tasks include developing 3D models, applying textures and lighting, creating animations, and rendering images or videos. Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling:Creating three-dimensional models of objects, spaces, or environments based on provided designs or specifications.
• Texturing and Lighting:Applying textures, materials, and lighting to 3D models to create realistic visuals.
• Rendering:Generating final images or animations from the 3D models using rendering software.
• Visualizing Concepts:Transforming abstract ideas and plans into tangible visual representations.
• Collaboration:Working closely with designers, architects, and other team members to refine and finalize visuals.
• Staying Updated:Keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization.

Required Skills:

• 3D Modeling Software Proficiency: Expertise in software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Maya, or Blender.
• Rendering Software Proficiency: Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Enscape.
• Texturing and Lighting Skills: Ability to create realistic textures and apply appropriate lighting.
• Design and Composition Skills: Understanding of design principles and the ability to create visually appealing compositions.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
