Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualizer – Interior Fit-out (Villas) to produce stunning, photorealistic 3D renderings for high-end villa interiors. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with designers and project teams to visually represent interior concepts that align with client expectations and fit-out standards, ensuring luxury, elegance, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create realistic and detailed 3D visualizations for all areas of high-end villas (living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, majlis, etc.).
• Interpret 2D drawings, sketches, and mood boards into accurate and compelling 3D rendered views.
• Model and render interior furniture, lighting, materials, and decorative elements to reflect the approved design direction.
• Work closely with the interior design, fit-out, and joinery teams to ensure alignment between visuals and actual implementation.
• Apply appropriate textures, lighting, and camera settings to achieve photorealism.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, including renderings, mood boards, and sample boards.
• Update designs based on client and design team feedback.
• Manage and maintain a library of materials, textures, furniture models, and lighting setups.
• Support design team with visual walkthroughs or animations when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
