Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our design and architecture team. The ideal candidate will create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations that accurately represent architectural, interior, and landscape designs. This role requires proficiency in 3D visualization software, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for architecture, interior designs, landscapes, and other design concepts.
• Produce animations, walkthroughs, and VR experiences to support presentations, client approvals, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to ensure the design intent is accurately represented in 3D visuals.
• Apply correct lighting, texture mapping, shading, and post-production techniques to enhance visual quality.
• Utilize software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent tools for modeling and rendering.
• Enhance 3D renderings using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar post-production software.
• Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, software advancements, and techniques in 3D visualization.
• Present visual concepts effectively to clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and impact.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer with a strong portfolio demonstrating modeling, rendering, and animation skills.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino, Maya, or equivalent.
• Experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, or Arnold.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production.
• Knowledge of VR/AR visualization tools is an advantage.
• Strong eye for detail, composition, color, and lighting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desired / Additional Skills

• Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Basic video editing skills for creating presentations and walkthroughs.
• Solid understanding of architectural, interior, and landscape design principles.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for 3D visualization and visual storytelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
